Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
